Recently Travis Louie, the Teacher-Librarian at Gray Elementary School went through the school’s non-fiction book collection to remove books more than 10 years old. This resulted in around 200 books being collected and then donated to Afretech, a non-profit organization that aims to advance education in rural Africa.

Kindergarten registration for the 2024/2025 school year runs from February 12-23, 2024. Parents/caregivers will be able to register their child online or in-person. Detailed instructions on how to register will be posted on the district’s website in early February.
