As part of the BC Health Officer’s requirement for students to return to school. Parents must complete a Health Check Form and acknowledge their responsibility for daily health checks prior to their child returning to school on September 10. Click on the link below to read the Health Check Form.
The Health Check Form has been posted on Parent Connect for all students. Please logon to Parent Connect now to read and approve the form.
If you have more than one child at Gray you must approve the form on Parent Connect for each child.
If you do not approve the form on Parent Connect your child(ren) will not be able to attend school on Thursday, September 10th.
