Students in K-Gr. 4 have been practicing their special performances for the concerts this Wednesday, Dec. 14.  The afternoon concert will take place 1:30-3:00pm, with gym doors opening shortly after 1:00pm.

Tickets for the evening performance will be sent home with your children on Tuesday, December 13th.

For the evening performance, doors will open at 6:00 and the concert will run from 6:30-8:00 pm. For the evening performance, with the exception of Div. 20, 21, 22 and 23* we ask parents and caregivers to drop off their children at the pod doors between 6:00-6:15pm where the Gr. 6/7 Classroom Helpers will be waiting to help them into their classrooms.  If students arrive after 6:15, please have them enter through the office.

*For parents/guardians of students in Div. 20, 21, 22 and 23, please drop your child/ren at the front office.  Gr. 6/7 Classroom Helpers will meet them and bring them to the library.  

At the end of the concert;

• If your children are in Div. 20, 21, 22 or 23, please pick them up from the library
• If your children are in Div. 11-19, please pick them up from their pod doors.
